Volunteerism is a cornerstone of Eden Housing, exemplified by our volunteer Board of Directors and reflected in our policy of providing 8 hours of paid volunteering time each calendar year.

Our company culture is built on support and teamwork, exemplified by our “gifting of sick hours” program, where employees can anonymously donate their sick hours to colleagues in time of need.
