Where We Invest

How We Grow Our Talent

Our training programs are designed to cultivate and support talent from diverse backgrounds, ensuring all employees have the opportunity to develop their skills and advance their careers. We actively recruit individuals from various backgrounds, understanding that a variety of experiences and viewpoints strengthens our team and enhances our ability to serve a diverse customer base.

At Eden Housing, we actively support and encourage career growth to retain our talented and committed employees and to meet our business needs. We aim to provide this support with clarity and consistency, recognizing that fostering career development is a shared responsibility between the individual and the organization.

"I love working with a diverse group of people. This is why I fell in love with Eden Housing. I feel that Eden Housing trusts me and values my ideas and opinions. When I was at Eden Lodge, I proposed we put in Bocce Ball Court, my management team listened to me and after review would approve it. When I speak to the residents and see that I helped fulfill something they needed, they feel heard. It's an amazing feeling being ask for something and being able to make it real for them (residents)."
