Where We Diversify Impact

Innovation Through Inclusion and Collaboration

At Eden Housing, we enhance our diversity initiatives through need-focused housing projects and strategic partnerships. We are committed to supporting businesses owned by minorities, women, veterans, and other disadvantaged groups.

This commitment not only fosters innovation but also drives economic impact, and it will remain a priority for years to come.

Vendor Diversity

Significant Strides

This year, one of our highlights was co-hosting the inaugural NorCal Affordable Housing Supplier Diversity Summit in collaboration with members from the Non-Profit Housing Association (NPH). The event drew over 300 attendees who came to network and learn from industry professionals about enhancing representation in the affordable housing sector.

Blue Oak Landing

All of the units serve individuals, couples, and families currently experiencing homelessness or who are at risk of experiencing homelessness.

Empowering Communities by Strategic Alliance

Partnering with community-based organizations is equally crucial for our development department, especially as an affordable housing developer. These partnerships help ensure that our projects are deeply rooted in the communities we serve, addressing specific local needs and benefiting from the insights and expertise of those who know these communities best. These collaborations help us create inclusive, sustainable, and responsive housing solutions.

Through these efforts, we aim to build a more equitable and inclusive future for all.
